After consideration, adding commas to the tags on your mapset has been deemed unnecessary. However, the other issues noted are still unrankable.

The map is mistimed. The first timing point is off by about 52ms. The second one is off by about 39ms. The third one is off by about 41ms. The fourth one is off by about 35ms. The fifth one is off by about 41ms. Please remember that these numbers are not definitive, they are just taken from listening on 25% playback and closely observing the waveform.
