The normal difficulty doesn't entirely fit the criteria of such, and as this is a full spread under 2:30, no difficulties can be skipped
You can either A.) Rework the normal difficulty to be accurate to the guidelines or B.) Rename the "Normal" difficulty to "Beginner and create a new "Normal" difficulty.
