Chart must have more than 75% of the length of the song must have notes to play, and this clearly doesn't meet the requirement. If this cut is applied, the chart would therefore also be below 2:30 and as a single difficulty this is not rankable. Without these issues this also plays quite mediocre, I would've liked this sort of file to be a bit more technical with the burst patterning and less "safe" as i'd put it. I can clearly see your intentions with the song and it does decently to reflect the bounciness and energy of it but there's a lot left to be desired.
