Tags are not comma-separated as required per new ranking criteria. The two difficulties have different offsets. I'd recommend applying few ms negative offset to the top difficulty and then copy that timing to the hard difficulty. Slowing down the song to 25% helps to see the timing is a bit late on the top difficulty. Map wise everything looks great. Nice concepts!
