Apply +40ms offset using edit > apply offset to map. Check feedback once this is done
Left feedback for "Insane" difficulty:
streams not representing the vocals correctly, see 12116|3, 13040 missing note here etc. density usage not accurately reflecting the song well (11886|4,11886|3,11886|2, 13116|2,13116|4,13116|1, 20040 snare not layered as a jump presumably for difficulty reasons but also could be an inconsistency), jumps at 23040 seemingly representing nothing as the vocals would be on the 1/2 and same with the percussion. 30040 kick ignored here.
overall a lot of inconsistencies in charting, missing notes and poorly representing the music with your density usage is resulting in this being denied.
