I have just denied this mapset from being ranked. Please fix the listed errors and resubmit in 2 weeks.

entire chart is offsync + all the notes are unsnapped, and the notes are not consistently snapped between diffs even.
remove the unnecessary scroll velocities and sync the song correctly before considering resubmission thanks (also the chart has a lot of density usage oddities and problems)
