some feedback:
intro is not charted which feels a bit jarring but it's ok i guess. quite a lot of chord inconsistencies (8442 vocal not represented here as a jump despite being quite prominent), 9901 seems like your audio file bugged here lol. 11424 the jumps used throughout do not seem to represent the music well, 20383 missing note for the drum fill here, same as 23299 and 11424.
overall the percussion and the vocals are not consistently layered and the structure of the chart feels a bit messy, the chorus for example i feel like 70695|2,70695|4 should have a bit more emphasis, as well as the finish for 71736|1,71736|4. another drum fill missed here at 84133 and a missnapped note at 88169|2,88169|3 etc.
so many issues stacking up like this is leading me to deny this instead of simply putting it on hold, I would recommend getting a new audio file for the weird skip at 9901, and the offset for the timing point there is a few milliseconds ahead of what it should be just for reference.
