The chart is out of sync with the music. You should not have to offset notes like this to stay in sync with the music. Song are not always whole number bpms.
There are quite a few rhythm errors in this chart as well as many unjustified difficulties spikes that makes these charts unfit for ranked.
Youtube is not a valid source.
The artist/title should not be repeated in the tags.
