Song title needs to be "176 - ikazuchi_B"
Set has some layering/pattering issues that need to be considered before submitting this for rank, such as jumps being on 31700|3,31700|4,32033|3,32033|4 while claps are on 31616|1,31866|2 in the Insane difficulty, and very weird/out of place minijacks just happen 36700|3,36700|4 when the chart is very streamy in nature. Hard difficulty is very focused on 1-2 or 4-3 patterns with not too much variation and jumps to claps are pretty random. Normal diff has similar bursts as the Hard difficulty like 11033|3,11116|2,11200|3,11283|2 which doesn't make too much sense.
