I have just put this mapset on hold, which means that minor issues have been found in the mapset and we are waiting for a fix with a map update. Please fix the listed errors and update the mapset.

Select all notes and resnap to 4th snap, there are so many 1ms things. (all diffs)
You should rename the top diff to expert, and hard to insane. Normal could be buffed and called a hard then. Right now the hard diff is too difficult for a hard.

The metadata seems a bit off, from what I've seen the title is supposed to be "Still Alive (Radio Mix Clean)" and not just "Still Alive" and source should be: "Portal 2: Songs to Test By – Volume 3" from https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Music_of_Portal_2 and probably remove "Radio" from tags, add other tags from this site if you found any more.
