I have on-hold this mapset because:
The mapset has incorrect metadata.

Additional comments:
There is too much of a gap in between the Normal and Hyper difficulties. According to the Quaver ranking criteria, "You are not permitted to skip difficulties for sets with a song length between 0:45-2:29. For instance, if you are making a 1 minute set with an Insane, you can either create a Hard or an Expert difficulty. Having a Beginner and an Insane is not allowed. This rule does not apply to sets with a song length of 2:30 or longer."
There needs to either be a hard difficulty in between normal and hyper, or remove the bottom 2 difficulties.
Also change the name of "Beginner" to "Easy".
Beginner is from IIDX difficulty naming scheme (see <https://quavergame.com/mapset/map/62884>), though I think I would ask for a Quaver-exclusive guest diff and rename all diffs because nerfing Hyper is hard. Welp.
I have on-hold this mapset because:
The mapset's timing is incorrect, and requires an offset or additional timing point(s).
Add +20ms offset to the whole mapset, you can do this by going into Edit > Apply Offset to Map, everything else looks good.
I have just submitted my mapset to the ranking queue!
