change whole mapset's offset to 54, you can also remove 'dragonderay' from tags as it's currently in the title

The genre is missing (which is happy.... yea, that´s what is says here http://manbow.nothing.sh/event/event.cgi?action=More_def&num=41&event=60) and all the difficults are offsync by 19ms early
