Layering is inconsistent for this map, for example in this section 18741 has stairs then it randomly becomes a jack with no reason,
The same with this 37382
I feel like you should try and focus on the layering, since it makes the mapset heavily inconsistent, what I listed is a common issue throughout the mapset
