Move offset forwards by 9ms.
The chart generally refrains from using trills of even 4 notes, so every splittrill like the one at 104176|4 is a massive difficulty spike - I recommend jumptrills, handstreams, or anchor-heavy jumpstream patterns instead in order to mitigate the spike while still representing the most intense moments in the song.
