In "Normal" there're 2 BPM points at 31ms that I don't see in other difficulties, remove them. Rename "AH's hard" to "AH's Hard". Press F1 and turn "BPM Affects SV" off, then save the change. After that press F6 to open SV menu and just remove all the SVs from there in each difficulty. There is also "??" in tags, remove that too.
