I have on-hold this mapset because: There are issues with one or multiple difficulties in the mapset. remove 12328|2 in rg diff

I also checked lower half of this mapset up to hard diff there's mods on hexd diff plus one missing note in rg's diff i plan on checking the higher diffs soon
