according to the original source, the title should be "Good-bye sengen" because there is no official metadata source that uses the translated title so you can put "Goodbye Declaration" to tags. Also you could add "Japanese, Pop, Jrock, Vtuber, Virtual Youtuber" to tags as well

check modding page, also this is a cover of the song so please put "cover" in tags. Change Artist field to "Amatsuka Uto" also as it's their cover and add the original artist "Chinozo" in tags
