modded sv, left mods in 4k insane's modding page i assume the svs are the same across difficulties

I have just put this mapset on hold, which means that minor issues have been found in the mapset and we are waiting for a fix with a map update. Please fix the listed errors and update the mapset.

I have resubmitted my map for rank! I have also changed the SV in the 7K Hard and the 4K Hard to be the same as the 4K Insane because they do share the same SV

I have re-submitted my map for rank again! SV has been changed in the 7K Hard, 4K Hard, and 4K Insane
