I don't know why, but the endings of 7k and 4k difficulty are different.

Be consistent.
In my opinion, it would be good to end 157165 as it is the point where one measure of the beat ends, and it also be better to use only one note to leave a lingering impression like music.
The patterns are neat and only minor problems are visible.
The song and the pattern seem to go well together, and there doesn't seem to be any major problems other than the parts mentioned.
I have just put this mapset on hold, which means that minor issues have been found in the mapset and we are waiting for a fix with a map update. Please fix the listed errors and update the mapset.
no matter the metronome or the hitsounds, all maps should be timed using the waveform as the only source of truth. check the waveform, especially with a lowpass filter applied it makes it really easy to see, view > waveform > filter > lowpass. if you take a look at `13070` or `76599`, it seems that there should be an offset of around 20ms! you can apply it with edit > apply offset.
its not that big of an issue but maybe you can find a higher quality version of the background? its kinda crusty so maybe you can run an upscaler or find something differe

Waveforms are not absolute. In fact, if you listen at 25% speed, the current offset is really accurate and matches the sound.
The waveform starts to shak poe a little at the beginning of the sound, and the meaning of the waveform with the greatest movement is that thertion of the sound is louder.
Also, the waveform doesn't really wave at small sounds.
I don't know why, but there was a comment different from what I wrote
