I don't know where you get the name "Flowers Blooming" from, I can't find that anywhere. It might be better to use the pinyin (romanized chinese version) instead if you can't find the official English name. So that would be "Hua Zhan Fang". The artist name as well. I can't find the name without the Chinese character at the end. YouTube listed their name as "Smile Xuan" (https://youtu.be/IYclGMr_KQY) which should be better for now I think.
I modded some stuffs in modding. There are more things that are harder to fix (mainly problems consistency and patterning choices), so you might want to go through the map again and see what things you are missing here and there.

Oh also, move the title and artist in source to tags instead. Source is for album names, or if the song comes from a game or a show.
1528 starting from here the note representation for the two distinct piano sound diminishes, the chart went from double to single and no notes for the bass piano 45028 missing double, 49528 missing double After checking the map a bit I really suggest that you should use layers, there are just so many inconsistencies throughout the map that I shouldn't be allowed to list them all, make sure distinct sounds has their own distinct notes (judging from the map's layering), or just double check the entire layering on osu. Artist should be "smile,Xuan"
