I'm not sure I understand what you mean by offscreen notes. Even on 32 scroll speed, the notes in these effects are all clearly visible with the only potential exception being the ending hand, but you still have 350 milliseconds to react to it, not to mention the pattern associated with the effect is predictable as well. I have updated the metadata with your suggestions.
