The patterning is generally not structured consistently at all, with every chord being placed inconsistently like at 21115|4,21115|3,21115|2 in the "Insane" difficulty. There are tons of hands that are placed arbitrarily like this, along with unintentional anchoring that makes the patterning look a lot less appealing as well as a lot less fun to play, take for example 21692|3,21807|3,21923|3 followed by 23076|4,23192|4,23307|4,23423|4 in the "Insane" difficulty as well. Just in general a lot of the patterning choices in both difficulties don't make much sense and could do for more consistent patterning, like keeping the hands on one instrument and jumps on the other for both difficulties.
