The chart is out of sync with the song and the note dont quite line up with the sounds in the music. The offset should not be left at 0ms. You should not be needing to offset the entire chart by 1/4 for it t o be on sync. These charts are extremely similar with the difference between many sections just being a few notes. Difficulty changes between sections in the charts are generally minor and insignificant, with sections like 82617 existing the the medium that are clearly too hard for whats in the rest of the chart. This show a general lack of understanding of difficulty, And difficulty balance is an issue in both charts with many harsh difficulty spikies. Patterning in generally poor with frequent long anchors and sections with poor hand balance.
