Your .mp3 file most likely contains a non-English file name and most likely failed to import, so downloading the mapset outputs the charts themselves but not the .mp3 file, so it just isn't playing. Tags also need a song genre, and you should preferably swap the album Beloved Blossom with the game Dynamix in the source.

I have just denied this mapset from being ranked. Please fix the listed errors and resubmit in 3 days.
