BPM offset should be at 1716. For the top diff, LNs starting at 54682 don't seem to represent anything significant and the gimmick doesn't suit this section. The minijacks used, especially at 107647, doesn't seem to have any noticeable consistency or any representation for the music.

I have just denied this mapset from being ranked. Please fix the listed errors and resubmit in 2 weeks.

easy - it's hard to see what the 1/2 represents, 31509|3,31715|1,31922|4 vs 33991|4,34198|2,34405|1 for example, different placement, patterning also is really hand biased, like 29026|2,29440|1,29853|2,30267|1,30681|2,31095|1 creates a long trill for left hand, 34405|1,34819|4,35233|1,35647|4,36060|1,36474|4,36681|1,36888|4 just leaves the middle empty normal - some 1/4 don't represent anything, like 1819|2, and at some point it should be placed somewhere else like 29957|2 should be on 30164 because of the melody hard - similar issue to normal, see 107750|3,109405|2,110233|3,110647|2,111060|2 topdiff - also similar issue to normal, the jacks don't play well because they're put on the wrong emphasis, they should be 1/2 note later (when the melody calls for it)
