You execute your ideas in this chart fairly well but the ideas presented in the chart aren't actually that good. While the repetitiveness of the patterns makes sense for how the song itself is structured, the patterns themselves aren't too good, and don't do a good job of representing what's going on in the song for how you structured the chart. This is mostly seen from 11338 all the way to 56515. Speaking of 56515, this section isn't accurately charted to the song as well, making it flow pretty weirdly in comparison to the rest of the chart. This chart also suffers heavily from purposefully ignoring more complex elements in favor of following the same repetitive patterns, which brings down the quality a lot. Before I can comfortably rank this, you'd need to do a complete overhaul of the approach you took and to better assess what's going on in the song so you can make patterns more in line with what you're charting to
