Youtube is not a valid source, the source should be "Streets of Rogue". This chart is filled with rhythmic inaccuracies often having notes 1/4 early or late, and in the wrong quantities. In general the chart just isn't very interesting with lots of open spaces where there are no notes. Layering is inconsistent and seems to change at random. You should pay attention to more instruments than just the melody to flesh out the chart more, and remove those awkward empty spaces.

I have just denied this mapset from being ranked. Please fix the listed errors and resubmit in 2 weeks.
