Please apply an offset of +45ms on both difficulties (Edit > Apply an offset to map) Since the difficulties are not Guest Difficulties, you don't need to specify the mapper's name in the difficulty name.

Source should be just "A Hat In Time", "OST official soundtrack" can be moved to tags. Remove "a hat in time" from the tags as it's basically in the source. (Please do this last as all the mods are with old offset) - Offset should be moved to 825 (+7).
