Past this, make a long not anchor to represent your guitar and shift the stream around it, it'd make a lot more sense than how it currently is. Or just remove the long notes all together as they just currently are not implemented well into the stream both representation and how they play.

I agree with Subtlr, the minijacks on this transition need to be shifted they don't represent the melody well since there isn't any kind of repeated sound there.

Why was this sound omitted? Sounds like a very clear sound to chart and since you charted the sound at 25801 as graces I don't see any reason why you would not chart this sound at 40919 aswell, seems very odd imo

The chorus has some weird patterning choices making for some uncomfortable trills that happen on one side of the hand and just makes it not fun to play, some examples are 34659|2,34777|1,34895|2,35013|3,35131|2,35249|3,35249|1, 31706|5,31824|4,31824|7,31942|5,32060|6,32060|4,32179|7, 35486|6,35604|7,35604|5,35722|4,35840|5,35840|6,35958|7, and much more others.
Overall I think you need to revise some of the pattern choices here and think about how the player feels while playing this map because right now there are just many hand imbalances and uncomfortable patterning (like 53556|5,53556|7,53675|6,53793|5,53793|7 just being a random one handed X pattern) and playtest it more thoroughly, even if you have to do it downrated. For the other choruses I'm too lazy to point out all of them so you can find them yourself :D

Missing note? There's a kick sound here and you seem to chart it beforehand on 25919|4 so I don't see any reason to omit this.

Using graces like these in contrast to the whole map is much harder and makes an unnecessary 1/4th jack for any notes after it like these 25919|2,25919|4 which just feels out of place comparing to the chorus and other parts of the map. The grace density is not supported by the sound it tries to represent because the sound is not as loud and apparent as other sounds you've charted as chords, rather than making the chords dense make the total chord count of this grace lower to like 4 or 5, currently people with 6KRO keyboards have a hard time hitting these notes for something not so apparent.
