I don't see why this jack is here. I would just keep it consistent with 259499|7,259710|6,259922|5 and all of the others.
This is a STRONG suggestion because I personally do not see why these difficulty spikes are so hard. I understand why they are there, but I think you should change all of them to be easier by either making the long notes into 1/2s or make them all singles rather than doubles.
This includes the dif spikes at 139728, 144949, 165818, and 243475.
Some of the larger chords in this section are inconsistent. For instance, 94579 has six notes while 99722 has five. Same sound, different chord density. You can decide whether to make all of them 5 or 6 notes.
Also if 88151 if going to be four, then 95865 should also be four.

Your chord patterning is a little off in some of the map. I think that for this specific chord, it should be a triple. Especially since 31285 is only a triple and has a more intense piano chord. You can fiddle around a bit with your chords, but at least search for any out of place chords.
