I would comment every place where you put the SV's but it is way too much work.
Overall, the map is good, dont hold back on the SV's since the diff is 31, make the changes more extreme - maybe like 5x to 0.5x, stuff like that.
The same for this SV. For future things like this i would suggest that you would try harder with the SV's, since now it looks like you are really holding back or something. (obj for reference)
From bar 41 when viewing the gameplay i really cant see the point in the sv's because the change is so little it is barely noticable. I would suggest making the 0.xx scroll velocity smaller, maybe like 0.45x?
i made this map when with some old headsets, maybe i heard something different on this part but now i dont see a difference, i almost forgot about this, thx for noticing

i changed the sv to 0.45x so the velocity can go in hand with the song, as the bass goes up.
it looks really good imo.
