the 1/4 notes are just gone here for some reason, there are some other parts that also seem to have missing notes and i fail to understand why
It just calms down after a stream. Maybe in retrospect it's not a really good choice consistency-wise, but it made sense to me when I played it myself.
This is the same at the end which you seem to be fine with, I guess?

41350|4 is supposed to be a grace, I do hear a drum roll(?) here, but it's a little bit later than I charted it.
