the 1/4 notes are just gone here for some reason, there are some other parts that also seem to have missing notes and i fail to understand why

It just calms down after a stream. Maybe in retrospect it's not a really good choice consistency-wise, but it made sense to me when I played it myself.

This is the same at the end which you seem to be fine with, I guess?

the note on the 1/1 snap should be a double and the note on the 1/2 snap should be a single

41200 - 43200 you are very inconsistent with the drum representation in this section
41350|4 - seems to me mapped to nothing
41900 - doesnt have anything despite the loud drum hit
42400 - should have notes as other parts of the song with the same thing have these sounds mapped; these sounds are mapped in the very next measure.

41350|4 is supposed to be a grace, I do hear a drum roll(?) here, but it's a little bit later than I charted it.

make the start of this section more consistent with the second half, it starts with 0 column overlap but ends up having it pretty consistently. (very minor and hardly matters though)
