take a look through your map, there's a lot of notes like this that don't seem to go to any sound? unsure what these are representing

hey your map is a 16th note off (1/4th in the editor)
change the timing point 112ms

your offset is also incorrect
go to Edit -> Apply Offset to Map -> apply 28ms offset
