That small part (until 137333) is a bit awkward to play. Maybe move the suggested LN to the 7th column ? and rearrange a bit the pattern. It fits the song but it's a bit messy.

Just a small detail, why not aligning the notes that are on 1/6th on regular beat snaps (like 1/2 or 1/4) ? The difficulty would still be the same but for readability purposes it would be better I think. Because for now I don't see a reason to put 1/6th on this whole section (197332 - 203469)
