This sections has a lot of inconsistency at patterning, maybe its intended but following this way, you are ignoring the sound of the drums (which also sounds like the snap is incorrect, but the idea is bypass that)
My suggest is doing something like 61402|1,61402|2,61519|1,61519|4,61636|2,61636|3,61753|4,61753|3,61870|1,61870|2,61987|4,61987|1 when the drum is represented like a jack (61402|1,61519|1), the silence is not a jack (61519|4,61519|1,61636|2,61636|3, then continues being just jacks (61636|3,61753|3), silence (61753|4,61753|3,61870|1,61870|2), jack (61870|1,61987|1).
With this you are giving a purpose to the player for follow the drums, which makes it dynamic at gameplay.

I actually don't understand the change between being first two jacks, then three jacks (reference: 12300|4,12417|4 vs 16050|1,16167|1,16284|1
maybe making all two jacks its better for this section since it adds variety on the patterns and follows the flow of the music.
I changed it to all triple jacks tell me if it looks fine
