128318 - 151114 I don't entirely agree with the approach in layering you took with this section because I feel like the dumping of the sampled vocals takes away from the chippy sounds that have more prominence in the instrumental. You should rework this section to focus more on those chiptune sound effects for that reason
while i agree with your idea of what the section could also be, this chart is mainly dump themed and I wanna keep that theme going for the full song if you get where im coming from, i formatted it so that you can still feel the chiptune while playing it but i see where youre coming from
