This section's trills and jacks are a huge diff spike and could really benefit with some repatterning to make them a bit less mean, something as small as splitting the pattern across more columns would make a huge difference imo
They're more technically challenging than the parts before, but I don't think it's any meaner of a progression than say, 2:19.403 - in fact I think because of this part and the longjack representation I had been building up throughout the map (Straight jack dump in the first part, then minijacks, then normal chordjack, then straight longjacks into anchor-focused dump rice and hybrid, then the final burst being full trills), I think it's a fine finale all things considered
It feels really weird that you're only committing to representing these sort of crash noises in a row right here specifically, I'd recommend going back through this part and adding representation of this noise to the rest of the noises (i.e. 66479,66633,68248 and so on)
also not really a fan of the 1/8 minijack anchors in this part but that's more personal bias than anything I could reasonably give a mod for so take that with a grain of salt
I am representing the drum beats here but I didn't want to make them more dense than a jump chord because it could make the density of the section feel off - the quds that you point out here are a more dump-heavy representation of the intensity of the song at that point
I did fix a few issues with consistency/snapping here though.

This one is a little dumpy cause I wanted a solid LN for the "arms" part, it makes the section here feel more full than if I had cut it off further down; I can still do something with the note but the other options I've tried feel a little unnatural
