i think this is a case of multiple parts playing the same thing, but not in time together. in the first one you can hear the choir and rhythm guitar come in early, and the crash come in late, but the lead guitar seems on time. where as the second one it seems like the lead guitar is a bit late. we come into a game of what to folow to place the note correctly. it mostly seem in time but that. i think it might be best to just leave the notes where the sounds are supposed to be but idk.
i agree with the first one but not with the second. the second one also has the drum which lands on the 1/2 and feels like a strong rhythmic anchor than the guitar.
i dont think a heavy handed burst is that big of an issue. these are easier burst that last a total of 5 notes. forcing burst to be balanced reduces the number of interesting burst i can use. i guess the section as a whole might have a slight bias twords the left hand so i guess i'll mirror the pattern.
fixed first 2 and added bpms to make them look nicer. keeping the last note where it is on the 2nd one as it doesn't sound early like it is on the first one.
