(This is for every difficulty) I believe that moving this long note down by 1/4 snap to follow vocal (on the blue line) would provide a better result as previously vocal was followed for LNs like these.
As the pitch falls here, I believe making this a falling stair (4, 3, 2, 1) patterning should be better for pitch and to distinguish it from 180604|1,180937|2 as this part's pitch still goes up.
I have reason to believe that this part from the timestamp above until 139937 should be changed. As when you compare it with Hard difficulty (view -> reference difficulty -> Hard) you can see this part being similar in density. So, progressional it should be lowered. Making the chords only on loud cymbals and make the patterning here more straightforward than Hard should do the trick.
