That is a bit weird. In your screenshot it's not quite right either. There are no percussion sounds right after 146217|1,146217|2 on the blue tick. I was originally following the bassline synth in the background but that's weird since I don't follow it after this 146645|3,146645|4
Changed it to 146217|1,146217|2,146217|3,146431|2,146645|3,146645|4
Make this a triple, because if 3503|1,3503|3,3503|4 was a triple (1 for drum 2 for synth), here it should be the same too
Move the offset to 510 (+7ms)
