Made a bigger change in response to aforementioned mod so this suggestion is no longer relevant.
I am a little concerned here, some patterns are minijacks but other are just normal transitions without any reason, you can try to standarice that patterns for emphasize the pitch by doing only jacks
I've standardized the pattern, but not in the way you suggested. The new pattern is 2 beats of JS -> 2 beats of jacks, and is consistent throughout that section.
