Since you made a quad on 40477|1,40477|3,40477|4,40477|2 which is similar, you can move this 42577|3 to the first column of 42877 for make it coherent with the pitch and the pattern itself
Which is the purpose of this entire section? because the first one is only minijacks of two notes, the second one are long jacks, the third one is a mix of minijacks-longjacks-minijacks-etc but here i can't understand the purpose and consistency of the pattern, maybe you should reconsider the entire section and make it more ordered, because watching this feels like its a mess compared to the entire map.
This could be on the third column, since is the only pattern that starts with a longjack of six notes (32527 doesn't count because its justified by the strong drum)
This kind of jacks are intentional? because sometimes it goes random… for example: 27127 you didn't make a jack but you made one on 25927|2,26077|2, and this goes all over the sections, ending at 36727
I can't hear a sound that can justify this double, maybe erase this 130777|4 for make it more balanced with 131677|4,131752|3,131827|4,131902|3,131977|4,132052|3
Although the sound is quieter, the synth sound for 130627|2,130627|4 gets repeated which is why I put this 130777|2,130777|4
You can move this to the first columns for not overcharge the fourth column
Applied

Seems good. I applied this throughout the section and moved some things from column 1 because it caused some long anchors

Yeah it's a mess, I'll get it cleaned up

Applied suggestion
This pattern is ok, but on this section 31477|1,31627|1,31777|3,31927|3 the jacks are above the tempo, what's happening here?
I'm not sure what you mean by above the tempo, but they do seem kind of random. Changed to match the rest of the section
This feels less balanced than 24127|2,24127|4,24277|3,24277|4,24427|2,24427|4,24577|3,24577|4,24727|1,24727|4,25327|2,25327|3,25477|1,25477|3,25627|2,25627|3,25777|1,25777|3,25927|2,25927|3 because on this section 24127 the focus is: first full force on right hand then full force on left hand, the problem is that on 26527 is: full force on left hand then full force on left hand because this notes 27727|1,28027|1,28327|1 forces the player to use more fingers on the left than the right. Swap to the fourth column this 27727|1,28027|1,28327|1
Changed as suggested

This seems pretty trivial but I see what you mean. Changed it so the LNs are isolated from the jacks
