It can also catch players by surprise as well, the entire map was 1/1. So in short, the map gets arguably harder here while the music absolutely slows down to be the calmest in the entire song.
I'd suggest to simplify a lot of the rhythms here to make it much easier to play, this can be done by removing certain notes like 110333|3 - these notes sort of have less strength, which makes removing them still make the rhythm feel intuitive and not weird basically.
