To me it sounds like there should be five notes, snapped at 1/2 up until 6998. (Maybe even an additional note after the last one 1/4 beat later)

I can kind of hear the 6th note here, but it's hard to hear so I'll choose not to map it. Also gives the drum start of the next section a little more oomph.

I like this idea, as it also makes the lane choices a little more comfy which is in line with this song. I have also applied something similar in other parts of the map that have a similar sound.

This isn't really an accept, deny, or ignore on these. I like the ideas, but I have implemented them differently. I've also swapped some lane choices around to avoid unnecessary anchors, which I suspect may have been what brought this section to your attention. I've made the relevant changes in other parts of the map as well.
