to think that i suggested this, this is impossible.

from 105057 to 105584 could add 1/6 dump instead of 1/4, it feels too slow and less matching with the absurd sound

from 72557 to 80057, i don't get what you mean actually, by those inconsistent stuff, those paired chords. (example: 72557 & 72689, 73610 & 73742 etc)

i think you should choose 1 consistently

from 46636 to 63478 i think you should follow what pepega's focus (the notes). since he made it with SV that is generally different level from you and immensely hard on his diff.

what i said is: delete note that is available on you but not on pepega

Remove (Insane) or you could change to (Extra) / (Extreme) since the diff is not called as insane (due BPM & how dense you made the diff)

This note is really hard to read with the SVs, I suggest giving the player more time to react or removing them entirely

Quad visibility is a bit too low.

I suggest starting the positive scroll at 42163

(Also remove the overlapping SVs as SV editting with them is kinda jank)
