The patterning in the map by and large is heavily focused on the middle columns for no apparent reason, with both middle columns having as many as over 100 more notes each than the first column. This is due to odd patterning choices like 15549|2,15619|3,15689|2,15759|3,15828|2,15898|3,15968|2,16038|3,16107|2,16177|3,16247|2 which heavily underemphasise the outer columns.

While the previous choruses generally avoided onehanded trills most of the time, the last chorus not only uses them abundantly, but also making them needlessly long (e.g. 213479|3,213549|4,213619|3,213689|4,213759|3,213828|4) and reducible, leading to an unfair difficulty spike. Not even mentioning the gigantic anchors and jump patterns that look like they're representing something but aren't (e.g. 218712|1,218712|2,218852|2,218852|1,218991|2,218991|1,219131|2,219131|1,219270|1,219270|2)

this entire section starting at this timestamp is a mess - it starts off a large difficulty spike with stuff like 169828|3,169875|4,169921|3 not making the streams manippable, proceeds with manippable streams with a jump every measure, then adding more jumps inconsistently for some reason (172386|3,172386|1 for example), then mapping jumpstream as the guitar solo is still underway, then proceeding to map streams without jumps starting at 176293|1, then finally misusing snaps at 180759|1,180759|2,180828|3,180898|2,180898|4,180968|1,181038|4,181107|3,181177|2,181247|1.
There's so much to change here.

the section at 143363|2 is confusing, because jack lengths are a form of representation - there's little reason for 144898|3,145038|3,145177|3,145317|3 having a 4-note anchor while there's no jacks at all at between 145317|1,145317|3,145456|2,145456|4,145596|1,145596|3 for instance

Inconsistency with 105968|3,106107|2, 104293|3,104433|1 etc
Plenty of other such mild inconsistencies throughout the entire map, and when summed up they bring the quality of the chart down quite significantly - make sure to look through your map, I'm sure you can fix a lot of them yourself

trills are a form of representation too - they are not equal to a generic jumpstream pattern, they are harder, and shouldn't be used interchangably. Moreover a balancing issue arises, because this entire chorus has three onehanded trills, and all of them are on the right hand. This may speak of a potential lack of concept on behalf of the mapper, or at best a poor execution.
