This "anchoring" pattern seems out of place - it makes the part tricky but lacks a musical support for it. I suggest moving some notes so this patterning disappear.

I think the main problem with this map is unbalanced and uncomfortable stream patterns.

Take 168976|3,168976|1,169060|2,169143|1,169226|2,169310|3,169393|2,169476|1,169560|2 as an example - the patterning here is clearly skewed to the left. Though, there is not much reason to do so (as in, it is better if the patternings are more spread out).

This occurs on a lot of parts of the song. For example 92810|1,92893|2,92976|1,93060|2,93143|1,93226|2 these guitar here as well - it is a one hand trill which at this speed is really tricky and there's no musical support for this kinds of patternings. Following pitch / spreading out the column usage would make this much better.

These weird unbalance stuffs occurs all over this set - and I think it is best to rework them somehow.

These are different pitch, and it seems like you are doing following this part mainly with pitch - so 111643|2 should be moved to 3rd column

This patterning (called in mapping term as minijack) seems out of place since the map never used this pattern for such a fast rhythm before, it is also quite hard to hit accurately compared to other patterns. Moving one of the notes here away should be better.

These are really tricky to hit and seemed to not be super consistent with the difficulty this map was aiming for in the previous parts. You can try spread the patterning out more - like this for example:

These triples/hands seemed out of nowhere when previous parts like 55976|1,55976|3,56310|2,56310|3,56643|4,56643|1 these are played with doubles/jumps

Inconsistency between 4976|3,5143|2,5310|3,5310|4 and 10143|2,10310|2 - first one you are playing drums while the second you're playing guitar even though they exist in similar parts of the song
