I think the sound represented by these long notes is not significant enough to override the guitar. I either suggest to put a chord (triple note) on this sound if you want to highlight it, or just a jump (double note), then continue mapping the guitar after. I agree and yet disagree.
My reasoning: I could have mapped the remaining parts for the guitar for both sections its played but I chose to map it with the long notes to highlight the natural harmonics that is played by the guitar. I mapped as such because in the final difficulty, I mapped the guitar riff for those sections.

The starting clapping rhythm is played pretty much continuously throughout the song. Those notes there start the pattern off but I've omitted the following note after it as to not make it "too" difficult for what I was going for. I felt that it was fine for the purpose of the patterns and "feel" of the Spanish rhythm but if it's something you feel I should change, I could remove them.
