I think these sounds (snare + cymbal) should be represented with a quad to give more impact to those sounds. The jumps feel underwhelming. This mod also applies to parts like 16880|3,16880|4,17076|1,17076|2 (basically any part with the snare and cymbal).

also adjust timing points during slowdown to have a measure line in gameplay every 4 beats
(through adding new timing points, enabling the hiding of lines for others)
