Sorry for nitpicking, but because the other jacks part strictly follow the pluck synth (?) sound and then immediately move the column. I think this note should be moved as well as there are no more synth here it's just vocal. However if it's kept that's fine too.
In my opinion isn't strong enough to be double (as there's not really a vocal here, just the pluck sounds). In the first part at 52400|3,52400|1 it's worth double because there's a kick, but here there's not really percussion. That's why I think only a note is enough.
124186 might wanna do it here also if you want. but here there's at the 'n ending vocal that's a bit more audible, but compare to other vocals around it the sound is still quite weak.
It is right to use a triple because the drum is stronger than the double right below it.
Since the hit interval is shorter and harder to hit, I added a ghost note to give the note a sense of continuity with the percussion sound and a strong drum feel.
I don't really think this notes contribute much to the song. I know there's like the little higher pitch thing, but I think it is better if the focus is on drums as the sound here can barely be noticed during gameplay.

Both have moved one space to the left.
I think that's a good opinion.

I don't really hear any sounds here. The percussion kinda starts on 51630 if that's what you're trying to play.
